Based in West Yorkshire, Megan Carter is a surface pattern designer whose work combines bold, stylised florals with a love of design history.

Inspired by the natural world and classic decorative movements such as the Arts and Crafts, Art Nouveau and the Wiener Werkstätte, Megan reimagines traditional motifs with a contemporary, joyful touch.

After two decades designing greetings cards for leading UK brands, Megan now works independently creating distinctive patterns and sustainably-printed textiles from her studio. Her designs balance heritage and modernity, with each piece reflecting her passion for craftsmanship and sustainability.

Using eco-friendly inks and organic fabrics, Megan ensures her products are thoughtfully made, as well as beautiful.

Megan's work includes hand stencil printed and digital printed textiles for homewares and lifestyle accessories.
